Boxing continues to be the theater of the of the unknown. It’s fight week for WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto and challenger Canelo Alvarez as the two are set to tangle for the title at Mandalay Bay Saturday night. One small problem, Miguel Cotto is no longer the champion. In a surprising move on Tuesday, the WBC has opted to strip Cotto of the belt but if Canelo wins the fight, he will become the WBC middleweight champion.
